Michael original trained as a Radiographer at The University Hospital of Wales Cardiff. He held a number of senior positions in imaging in both NHS and private sector. Following this Michael studied for his MBA and embarked on a career in general management within healthcare culminating in him being CEO some of the largest and most prestigious private hospitals in the UK and UAE. With his clinical background and management experience Michael has knowledge in depth of what makes healthcare organizations function effectively and can quickly assimilate the environment and identify issues and requirements. Instrumental in developing significant patient volume growth, resulting in revenue and profit increases in a number of hospitals where he was CEO. Michael has over 20 years experience as a hospital CEO including The Wellington and Alexandra Hospitals the two largest private hospitals in the UK as well as Welcare Hospital Dubai.
